Company Overview

QuickHands Inc. (Electrical Division) is a Vancouver-based project delivery organization coordinating commercial and municipal electrical scopes across Metro Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

QuickHands acts as prime contractor and project coordinator: client communication, project management, schedule control, procurement, safety coordination, subcontractor management, quality records, logistics, maintenance coordination and project closeout. Regulated electrical work is delivered by appropriately qualified and licensed electrical resources.

Commercial electrical installation; lighting systems; interior, exterior, architectural, seasonal and decorative lighting; lighting retrofits and LED conversion; electrical panels and distribution; circuit installation, new wiring and rewiring; outlets and switches; tenant improvements; troubleshooting; preventive maintenance; generator and UPS systems; smart lighting and controls; security system wiring; temporary power; renovation support; commercial facility upgrades.

Municipal & Seasonal Lighting

End-to-end coordination of seasonal displays, public-space lighting and multi-location installations: design and planning, product selection, supply/rental coordination, Canadian electrical certification verification, pre-installation testing, asset identification, route and crew planning, MEWP/elevated access, installation, traffic and pedestrian protection, electrical commissioning, maintenance and deficiency response, removal, storage, asset management and annual re-deployment.

Alireza Ebazadeh — Field Supervisor, Electrical & Safety. BC Construction Electrician qualification, Interprovincial Red Seal recognition, MEWP, Fall Protection, SiteReadyBC, WHMIS 2015.

Javad Lashkari — Lead Electrician / Electrical Lead. Approximately 18 years of industrial, commercial and residential electrical experience including foreman and lead-hand roles; panels, transformers, generators, motors, controls, fire alarm and HVAC electrical; QA/QC, testing and commissioning. Red Seal electrical certification.

Ali Mardomi — Electrical Installation Technician. Commercial, retail and office installation experience; lighting, panels, circuits, tenant improvements. Current WHMIS and safety training; SkilledTradesBC temporary authorization.

Electrical Contractor Partner

Bright Mind Solutions Construction Company Limited, operating as BCElectrician — proposed licensed electrical subcontractor supporting QuickHands projects when regulated electrical contractor capacity is required. Licensed Electrical Contractor in British Columbia (licence documentation verified). BCElectrician is a registered member of the BC Hydro Alliance of Energy Professionals; membership does not constitute endorsement by BC Hydro.
